The victim of MrBased’s attack, Alex Novell, disclosed on the LolCowLive podcast that MrBased is the subject of an APB and police report, and that felony assault charges are still pending against him.

On-going Investigation Regarding Julia’s Death, Tiktok Video
TikTok founder Powenvy, who was featured in Alex’s video, stated that Alex discovered a police report that named MrBased as a suspect in Julia Sumnicht’s death.
Powenvy says that when Alex went to talk to MrBased about the matter, the Kick streamer allegedly hit him with a tripod.
Alex Novell went to MrBased’s house to find out more information as he knew where he lived from their filming.
When Alex attempted to reclaim the camera cord, MrBased struck him with a tripod.
Taking note of the blood-smeared YouTuber’s images, Powenvy said that MrBased NYC was the target of a police investigation for felony robbery and assault.
To date, Alex Novell has not made a public statement or given any updates regarding the Kick streamer’s alleged attack.
